Back-to-school night is held shortly after the beginning of the year. Please take advantage of this opportunity to see the world your child inhabits every day and meet the people in charge. It’s one of the best ways to begin to build that all-important home-school connection.

2019-2020 Back to School Night schedule

• 6:30-7:00PM Presentation for Kindergarten Parents/Guardians
  This presentation will provide an introduction to important members of staff, present an overview of the Kindergarten program and be a forum to answer questions about your student’s day-to-day experiences.

• 7:00-7:30PM Kindergarten and Grade 1 Classes Open
  Teachers will provide classroom specific information.

• 7:30-8:00PM All-School Presentation
  - The Willard PTG will be introduced and their mission explained. 
  - Heather Bout from the School Committee will provide a welcome.
  - We will share goals from the School Improvement Plan inclusive of the staff’s use of the book Yardsticks.

• 8:00-8:30PM Grades 2-3 Classes Open
  Teachers will provide classroom specific information.

• 8:30-9:00 PM Grades 4-5 Classes Open
  Teachers will provide classroom specific information.

Please be aware this is an adults-only night, so book a babysitter!
