Willard School Picture Day is Thursday, October 21st!  

Get your smiles ready!  Picture day is Thursday, October 21st!  Below you will find a few details to help you prepare for the day!  

1.  Your child will receive a Coffee Pond handout from their teacher.  Given Covid safety protocol, ordering online is preferred.  To order go to www.coffeepond.com

If you order online, there is NO need to print a receipt for your child to bring into school. 

2.  Pictures will be taken outside.  In the event of rain, Picture Day will be rescheduled for Friday, October 29th.

3.  Each class will take a group class photo!  

4.  We will have a few parent volunteers this year.  If you would like to volunteer, please visit the www.willardptg.org for the signup!  

5.  If you would like financial assistance, please contact Tracy Breen the Willard School Counselor for confidential reimbursement information.

6.  If for any reason you are unable to attend Picture Day or need a retake, Picture Retake Day is scheduled for Thursday, April 28, 2022!
