The Lego club provides students with the opportunity to create Lego projects and explore Legos with their peers.
At each Lego Club we first talk about a theme to encourage creativity. Each child receives a cup of Legos to work with at the cafeteria tables. Parent volunteers will allow the kids to trade materials if they are fair and kind to each other. We join together before the end and share the creations with the group. We also photograph the creations so families and friends can see the projects. Each child is responsible for helping clean up before the homeroom bell rings.
It is run in three sessions: fall, winter and spring. Families must register separately for each session. Sessions are limited to 25 students. Parent volunteers are also needed! If you are interested, please contact beforeandafterschool@
